The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory control, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

This position has supervisory responsibilities serving as coach and mentor to Assistant Managers, leads, and other store staff.
This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items and services available for purchase in inventory.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position. May require working over 50 hours a week at times. Shifts vary and will require working days, nights, some weekends and occasional holidays.
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 5 years’ experience in retail environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Specific experience managing a staff of retail workers.
