Care-A-Lot Pet Supply would like to invite you to our 5^th Annual Fall Fur Adoption Event, presented by the Care-A-Lot Charitable Foundation and sponsored in part by Canidae! We host this FREE outdoor event to bring together the Hampton Roads community as we raise funds and awareness for our local animal rescues and SPCAs, while also providing free fun for the whole family (including the furry ones). Not looking to adopt right now? No problem! In addition to adoptable pets looking for their fur-ever home, you can also enjoy:

• Representatives from your favorite pet brands: Whether you’re in the market to try something different or stick to old reliable, you can always learn something new about the latest innovations from your pet’s favorite brands.

• Contests for pets (and people!): From Costume Contests to Radar-clocked Races, we have plenty of activities and competitions for all types of pups and their pet parents.

• Kids & Pets Activity Zone: In between events, we have crafts and activities for your young one and their pups to enjoy.

• Dog Luring: An excellent activity for dogs who love to run! Dog luring utilizes an operator-controlled continuous looped system of mechanized pulleys and “bait” that simulate the unpredictability of chasing live prey as they purse an artificial lure around a predetermined course, tapping into their natural prey drive in a safe environment.

• Raffles & Prizes: All our raffle baskets are packed with essentials and more that your pet would adore! Each basket is valued at $100 or more. We’ll also have human-geared gift baskets for those without pets.

• And more to come!

All net proceeds from this event will go to the Care-A-Lot Charitable Foundation, a 501(C)3 organization dedicated to supporting our local rescues and SPCAs and helping them to maintain a proper quality of life for shelter animals.
