My name is Sam. I’ve been with Care-A-Lot Pet Supply for about three years now. Before moving to Norfolk, I was a kennel attendant for three years at a small boarding facility in my hometown. Animals have always been a huge part of my life and I’ve always known that I wanted to work with them. When I was little I also wanted to be a wildlife photographer. After working with dogs I knew this was where I belonged.

Care-A-Lot Pet Supply has been like a second home to me for the last three years. I’ve met so many dogs and cats that will forever be in my heart. I personally have two cattle dogs – one is missing an eye – two cats of my own. We have also begun rescuing cats in my neighborhood. We do trap and release and we find them homes. My hobbies are photography, music and anything that involves playing with animals.
